Service Description

In this session, I'll conduct a guided ten minute mindfulness exercise based on your specific needs or interests. You'll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and focused to help you accomplish your goals for the day and week ahead. Specific areas can be motivation, clear-thinking, stress reduction, anger management, anxiety reduction, sleep optimization, improved decision-making, focused mental health, productivity and many other areas. This first session also includes a follow- up customized ten minute mindful audio session (.MP3, .WAV etc.) that you can use at your convenience to continue the practice to build on our work together.
