Diaphragmatic Breathing in Two Minutes
Speeding up your metabolism can be as easy as breathing. Studies show that diaphragmatic, or belly breathing exercises increase your resting metabolic rate. Using your full lung capacity increases oxygenation to your cells, resulting in more energy, clearer thinking and, yes, higher calorie burn and weight loss.
